Constant activity with trade associations under our account, sharing of content, making use of influencers to push content to reach wider audiences.
Increased the quality of content by using high resolution imagery, videos and story takeovers.
Created content with high reach under community hashtags that led to increased following and engagement including and increase in website taps.
Created custom content for Instagram including copy, reels, and industry and event-specific Instagram Stories.
Created Instagram contest and giveaway to assist in in driving new accounts to the pages and. establishing a stronger connection with current accounts.
Community Management for the pages at a minimum of 2 hours per day.

Home Connect - Focused on two KPI metrics for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook: Increase audience interactions with the app, increase audience awareness regarding the Home Connect app. This was a three month contract.
Worked in a team with another media manager and videographer. This was a 3 month contract.
Connected with current and possible accounts on Instagram with matching interests in the pages offering.
Suggestions on page growth to aid in app downloads.
Increased the quality of copy to target our audience better, whilst still informing them of the app and its offering.
Content for the pages including copy, analysis, competitor analysis, target audience, posting times and reports on the progress.
Weekly update with the marketing team including analysis and reports on growth, current trends and algorithm updates, best positing times, changes in posting times, targeted countries and cities.
Monthly reporting on page metrics, including suggestions on how to increase our page following and reach.
Suggestions and examples of page content to move towards in order top grow.
Community management was not included, however the suggestion was made.
Continental Tires - Focused on two KPI metrics for Instagram and Facebook: Increase audience interactions with the pages, increase audience knowledge regarding their tires and continentals offering. This was a once off, two month project takeover following the media strategy already created by its internal maketing team.
Created the assets and copy for the posts on Facebook and Instagram.
Suggested best posting times and community management to match the algorithm and increase enegagement.
